My Market makes the users passive or active job search much more efficient by streaming only those roles in the market that specifically match the individual skills and circumstances of the user and at the moment the role becomes vacant.

Instead of having to spend time searching the job market themselves registered users can now view and with a quick swipe or tap simply apply for roles they know they have the skills to perform.
